Problems / Challenges

As KATERRA’s buildings became more connected, how would Property Owners manage and service their connected buildings and products? How might we create a first-class experience that showcased KATERRA’s power as a technology company? 

I created a vision for connecting a number of discrete products (KES, KTAC, WLS) into a unified suite of products that allowed property owners to manage their devices and buildings. This required me to build a team, process, and elaborate on a series of foundational products that could grow with the company.
